The Accountabilio Method

A framework for compulsive behavior reversal through urge documentation and cognitive rewiring.

Dan Maze · October 2026 · 27 pages · Free to read and share

What it is

Most methods for compulsive pornography use work on the behaviour. This one works on the moment before it, the urge itself, and treats that moment as the only part you have any real say over.

Every urge gets written down as data. What it is saying gets put on paper in its own words, and answered from the one thing underneath all of it: you do not actually want to relapse. Repeated across hundreds of instances, that weakens the automatic path from urge to behaviour and builds a different one in its place.

There is no short version. The whole thing is twenty-seven pages, and the men who get out are the ones who read it.
